Italian design duo Domenico Dolce and Stefano Gabbana found inspiration close to home for their Autumn-Winter collection presented at Milan Fashion week on Sunday March 1.<br /><br /> The winter look was colourful and full of fun, and was a celebration of motherhood. Some of the models carried babies down the catwalk, one of them quite literally; Bianca Balti, six months pregnant herself, was able to show off her bump as well as Dolce and Gabbana’s threads for next winter.<br /><br /> D&G’s fellow Italian designer Robert Cavalli presented his Autumn-Winter collection, dominated by ancient Chinese shapes and, again, plenty of colour.<br /><br /> Cavalli brought back his trademark animal prints in a collection that he himself described as “fun”, featuring skirts that were either very short or very long worn beneath long coats.<br /><br /> Donatella Versace’s vision for next winter was bright and full of logos.
