Mommy blogger Lacey Spears was found guilty of second-degree murder in the poisoning death of her 5 year-old son, Garnett-Paul Spears. Spears had been documenting her son's chronic illness while secretly force-feeding heavy concentrations of sodium directly into his feeding tube.
