Kerry said... there is no freedom of expression in the North... since Kim Jong-un executes anyone who disagrees with him.<br />He added that for decades,... the North Korean regime has subjugated its citizens through starvation and torture,... causing hundreds of thousands of people to lose their lives.<br />Kerry also said... the UN Security Council putting Pyongyang's human rights situation issue on its agenda last year... was a clear condemnation of what is happening inside the North.
