Make sure to bundle up when heading outdoors, as wind chills are making it feel about 6 degrees colder than the readings.<br /><br />Air quality remains at the very dry range in most regions,.. and the humidity index here in the capital is down at 34 percent.<br /><br />As for tomorrow,.. a mix of snow and showers are in store for the Gyeonggi-do, Gangwon-do, and Jeollanam-do provinces.<br /><br />Cold air will stick around through Thursday morning. Conditions should jump back up to seasonal averages over the weekend.<br /><br />On to the readings. Seoul hits 7.
