The flight attendant who was allegedly berated for the way she served macadamia nuts has filed a civil lawsuit in the U.S. against former Korean Air Vice President Cho Hyun-ah and the airline.<br />The lawyers for flight attendant Kim Do-hee claim... that Cho used abusive language and violence... and are seeking compensation for the "extensive damage" to Kim's "career, reputation and emotional well-being."<br />They also say Kim was pressured into giving false testimony about the incident to government investigators.<br />Cho, the eldest daughter of the company CEO, became infamous late last year... after making a taxiing plane return to the gate because her nuts were not served in accordance with the first-class manual.
