Gandhinagar: The scam of Gujarat Council of Educational Research and Training (GCERT) has came to the fore. Publications Board has claimed that GCERT authorities have benefited a company to the tune of Rs.40-45 crore flouting rules and regulations. For publishing magazines of the year 2013-14, the GCERT authorities gave the printing order of Rs.40-45 crore aiming to benefit the company.
