Pope Francis is predicting that he won’t be pope for long.<br /><br /> He has been speaking on the second anniversary of his election. <br /><br /> Francis has previously mentioned that he does not dislike being pope, but does miss his freedom. <br /><br /> In a television interview, he has said that he could be gone in just a few years time. <br /><br /> “I have the feeling that my pontificate will be brief: four or five years, I don’t know. Or two or three. Well, two have already passed,” said Francis. <br /><br /> “I have the feeling that God has put me here for something brief, but that’s only a feeling.”<br /><br /> The faithful in St Peter’s Square have been giving their views about Francis’ papacy. <br /><br /> “I don’t think he’s going to die soon,” said one woman. <br /><br /> “Pope Francis will last years,” a man adds, “because he is in good health.”<br /><br /> Another woman said: “He is a really popular person, and I think that’s good.
