This past week, I've felt really down. But after reading Elisa Medhus' book "My son and the afterlife", my energy completely changed. In this videoblog I talk about how I felt very vulnerable this week and how stories I heard in class at school about young people committing suicide really affected me. By being open about how we experience our lives, I think we can create a more loving world.
