I'm Kim Bo-gyung with the weather outlook.<br /><br />Toxic, fine dust has spread to more regions compared to a couple of hours ago. <br />In Seoul it has reached 122 micrograms per cubic meter, which is 2 to 3 times the normal levels.<br /><br />Clouds have moved in as showers are set to hit areas down south this evening, before spreading nationwide.<br /><br />Up to 80 millimeters of heavy rain will drench the southern regions, and may be accompanied by stormy conditions. <br />Otherwise, 5 to 10 millimeters is expected for the capital. <br /><br />This round of showers will provide some much needed humidty to the air. A dry weather alert is in effect for the eastern coast of Gangwon-do Province, where humidity levels are down in the low-twenties.<br /><br />On to the readings. Seoul reaches a high of 15.
