Video Shows Teens Fighting In Williamsburg, Attacking Cyclist Who Calls For Help

Days after police arrested five teenagers involved in the brutal fight in a Flatbush Avenue McDonald's, the Daily News dug up video of a similar brawl in Williamsburg that occurred last November.
The fight occurred outside of Action Burger on Graham Avenue on November 20 at around 1:30 in the afternoon. Surveillance footage posted by the restaurant's owner to YouTube shows around a dozen teens egging on two girls, who fight for several minutes before one walks away. The other eventually collapses onto the sidewalk, as the crowd moves to attack a cyclist who appears to be calling for help. The cyclist is punched and knocked off his bike, before he pedals away.
At the 5:44 mark, the girl on the sidewalk appears to be unconscious, as one of her friends attempts to wake her. Soon they are performing chest compressions on the girl, and a little later, police arrive.
Action Burger's owner (who crassly interspersed advertisements for his restaurant into the footage of the fight and has since removed the video from YouTube) told the Daily News that this was "the second time in three months I've seen kids organize a bully fight outside my restaurant after school." Lyons Community School and the Progress High School for Professional Careers are both a few blocks away.
The NYPD has not responded to a request for comment.
[UPDATE] In a statement, NYPD Deputy Chief Kim Royster says that the 90th Precinct's commanding officer is investigating the incident, but noted that the responding officers were not aware of the video. Royster says the victim "told the officers she was involved in a dispute with other females at the scene," and was taken to Woodhull Hospital for an asthmatic attack.
Royster adds, "This still remains an active investigation."
