On the occasion of Gudhi Padwa, our chef Archana brings to you the simple recipe of Naralachi Wadi which is a popular Maharashtrian dessert. Naralachi Wadi or Coconut Barfi is an amazing mouth watering delicious chewy sweet which is very quick & easy to make at home with limited ingredients. <br /> <br />Ingredients: <br /> <br />1 Cup Grated Coconut <br />3/4th Cup Sugar <br />3 tbsp Cream (Malai) <br />1/2 Cup Milk <br />1 tsp Elaichi Powder <br />Cashews & Almonds chopped <br />Ghee <br /> <br />साहित्य: <br /> <br />१ कप किसलेला नारळ <br />३/४ कप साखर <br />३ मलई <br />१/२ कप दूध <br />१ वेलची पावडर <br />काजू <br />बदाम <br />तूप <br /> <br />Method: <br /> <br />- In a pan, add grated coconut, sugar, cream & milk.
