THUNDER BAY - The City of Thunder Bay are providing a special briefing on the (TBECC) Phase 4 Project Update and Recommended Next Steps Corporate Report which will be presented to Council for information on March 23, and for decision on the included recommendations on March 26. <br /> <br />Live Coverage will start at 1:00PM <br /> <br />The Purpose of the Report is three-fold: <br /> <br />To provide a Status Update on Phase 4 – Capital Funding Confirmation <br />To seek approval to extend the Letter of Intent with the Thunder Bay Live Consortium <br />To recommend next steps including, subject to confirmation of Provincial and Federal funding, proceeding to Phase 5 – Detailed Design and Construction
