Surendranagar: Cotton prices are down on the back of poor demand from international market. With the demand for cotton from China having virtually dried up, cotton farmers are highly worried. This is not it, poor demand has slapped many ginning mills too; leaving farmers in a state of depression. As many as 28 ginning mills out of 50 have been closed following dry demand.
