US Tycoon Robert Durst who is facing a murder charge has been refused bail after a judge deemed him a flight risk.<br /><br /> Durst recently appeared in an HBO documentary which presented evidence that his handwriting matched that of the killer of a long time friend.<br />He was also captured on a microphone making an apparent confession. <br /><br /> Long a suspect in the disappearance of his wife, Kathleen Durst, in 1982, Durst was acquitted in the dismemberment killing of his male neighbour in 2003.<br /><br /> If found guilty, 71-year-old Durst could face the death penalty.
