<p>Robert Serry spent seven years as the United Nations coordinator for the Middle East Peace Process. He has just stepped down, delivering a gloomy final briefing to the UN Security Council. In an interview with FRANCE 24's Armen Georgian, he deplores the situation in Gaza as a collective failure.
