There are 3 of them - 3 old ugly witches with 3 different abilities. Bloodborne Shadow of Yharnam. Try kill the one with fireballs first - it will simplify your life as this long-range fire will get you almost anywhere. I got lucky to finish them on this first try, used long Hunter's Axe with lightning enhancement.
