A woman carrying guns and hand grenades has been shot dead by Turkish police.<br /><br /> The woman threw grenades into Istanbul’s police headquarters. He hung a Turkish flag with a sword emblem added from the window.<br /><br /> Wednesday’s (April 1) incidents come just one day after two militants took an Istanbul prosecutor hostage in his office.
