Mutton Keema Pao is a spicy Indian curry, non vegetarian main course dish made with minced mutton in aromatic spices and served with hot bread (Pao/Pav). Our chef Archana shows you how to make this dish in the simplest way! Find the recipe below! <br /> <br />Ingredients: <br /> <br />1/2 kg Mutton Minced <br />2 to 3 tbsp Oil <br />1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste <br />1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder <br />1 tbsp Mix Masala <br />Coriander Leaves <br />1/2 Cup Green Peas <br />2 Onions <br />Water <br />Salt to taste <br /> <br />Method: <br />- First, cook the mutton keema with onion, ginger garlic paste & salt in a pressure cooker upto 3 to 4 whistles. <br />- In a pan, add oil. Once the oil is hot, add ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder & coriander leaves. Saute the masala for a minute. <br />- Then add green peas & water. Cover it with a lid and let everything cook. <br />- Then add mutton keema paste, mix masala & salt. Mix everything well.
