Ahmedabad: Gujarat University officials were shocked to receive a bill of around Rs 50,000 from eight senate members as travel and daily allowances (TA & DA) for attending a recently held senate meeting on campus. "A National Students Union of India (NSUI) senate member put up the maximum bill of Rs 8,600.
