German foreign minister Frank-Walter Steinmeier has invited his counterparts from France, Germany, Russia and Ukraine to Berlin on Monday evening (April 13) for so-called Normandy talks.<br /><br /> The goal of the meeting is to discuss the implementation of the Minsk ceasefire agreements.<br /><br /> Meanwhile Polish President Bronislaw Komorowski addressed the Ukrainian Parliament on Thursday (April 9) as part of his official visit to Ukraine.<br /><br /> His speech followed a meeting with Ukrainian president Petro Poroshenko during which they talked about the best way to end the conflict in the Donbass region of the country.<br /><br /> “One cannot fail to see that an aggressor’s troops, tanks, armoured transporters and missile launchers are in Ukraine,” said Komorowski.<br /><br /> “Today, only blind people can turn a blind eye to this lie.
