The National Weather Service issued a tornado watch</a> and a severe thunderstorm warning for multiple counties in Illinois, warning people around the Midwest to beware of adverse weather and a large and extremely dangerous</a> twister.</p><p>ABC</a> local sheriff saying the twister has caused significant damage in Rochelle and surrounding areas.
