This is a spreadable caramel sauce that can't be beat! Yeah it takes some time to make... But all great things do! <br /> <br />Ingredients: <br /> <br />1 or more cans of Condensed Milk <br /> <br />Method: <br />Pre heat your Nomiku or Sous Vide water bath oven to 185ºF <br />Open the can(s) and transfer the contents to one or more sealable Mason jars. Seal the jars, and fully submerse them in the water bath. <br />Allow to cook for 12-15 hours; until a deep golden colour. <br />Make sure to cover the water bath so all the water doesn't evaporate during the long cooking process. <br /> <br />Tip: Don't know the difference between Evaporated Milk, and Condensed Milk?
