Philadelphia police are searching for a group of men who unleashed a savage beating on a man Thursday evening at the SEPTA Walnut-Locust Station.<br /><br />Police say the beating occurred just after 4 p.m. on the northbound Broad Street Line platform. The unsuspecting victim was sitting on a bench when he was suddenly accosted and beaten by a group of men. The reason for the vicious assault is unknown, and authorities are searching for suspects. The victim survived, but was taken to hospital with multiple injuries.<br /><br />Philadelphia police have asked anyone who recognizes any person in this video to call 911.
