The Secret Service said on Monday that they are investigating two White House security breaches that occurred within 24 hours.<br /><br />One suspect was arrested Sunday night after they climbed over the bike rack in front of the White House. <br /><br />The bike rack barrier was installed last year to keep people away from the security fence.
