Walker on Saturday after the armed suspect ran from him. Police were responding to a domestic complaint.

Walker had apparently threatened his ex-girlfriend earlier that day. He lives in Texas, but he was in Oklahoma to get a car he left at her house. Before she went to church, he told her he “had a bullet with her name on it.”

Walker then followed her to church with the police showing up shortly after.

The video starts with McMillin patting Walker down in front of the Old Agency Baptist Church. When the officer gets to Walker’s gun, he bolts.

McMillin then chases after Walker, before he shoots at Walker five times. McMillin hits Walker three times in the neck and torso. Walker then falls into the ditch.

The unedited video was released Friday by police. It shows a shaken McMillin and a witness who claimed the officer did “everything right.”

The Oklahoma Bureau of Investigation is looking into the shooting.
