Un adolescent de Californie s'est sacrifié pour sauver sa petite amie alors qu'un train les avaient frappé par derrière vendredi soir. <br /><br />Mickayla Friend et Mateus Moore, tous deux 16 ans, étaient présents à un spectacle quand ils sortirent pour acheter une collation. <br /><br />Ils marchaient le long de la voie ferrée pour se rendre à l'épicerie du coin quand un train de marchandises s'est approché par derrière. <br /><br />Le conducteur locotracteur a klaxoné, qui a même été clairement entendue les joueurs d'un match de baseball, mais le couple a continué, inconscients du danger imminent. <br /><br />Lorsque les deux adolescents ont enfin regardé derrière eux, il était trop tard pour sortir de la voie. <br /><br />Mickayla a poussé son amie pour l'écarter, mais lui a été exécuté par le charroi.<br /><br />Il est mort sur place.
