Not to be confused with the actual Kansas City, by which I mean the one in Missouri, not Kansas City, Kansas, obviously. <br /><br />Anyway, on Monday Dakota allegedly hit another kid with his district-issued walking stick. <br /><br />His parents say he fidgets and raises his stick occasionally and doubt he intentionally hit anyone with it. <br /><br />But the bus driver replaced Dakota’s stick with a pool noodle because the school district spokesperson, Michelle Cronk, says he fidgets and he needs to hold something. <br /><br />No ...
