An Othello, Washington teacher has admitted he made a third-grader unclog a toilet with his bare hands.<br /><br />Brent Taylor, a 23-year veteran teacher, was reprimanded and told to review a hygiene course, much to the dismay of the boy’s parents who felt Taylor should be suspended. <br /><br />This isn’t the first time Taylor has been reported for misconduct with students. <br /><br />Sixteen months ago, he was investigated and suspended for inappropriately touching two high school girls. <br /><br />He nonetheless, unjustly, remains on the job at Scootney Springs Elementary.<br /><br />The state’s teacher union was made aware of all of the incidents and reprimands.
