A Houston man has been charged with injury to a child and two counts of assault after an altercation got out of hand on Monday evening. <br />Victor Manuel Montreal, 54, emptied two cans of pepper spray on two men and a child outside a southwestern Houston apartment complex. <br />Around 10 p.m. police got a call from a resident about a disturbance outside the building. <br />Authorities say Montreal was arguing with a man and used a can of mace on him. When a bystander intervened, Montreal began attacked him with too and sprayed his 8-year-old daughter as well.<br />When the can of pepper spray ran out, Montreal went into his apartment, and retrieved another one and continued to spray everyone around him.<br />Montreal posted a $5,000 bail and was released from Harris County Jail.<br /><br />-------------------------------------------------------------<br /><br />Welcome to TomoNews, where we animate the most entertaining news on the internets.
