Chef Poodle is a culinary genius, with a degree in food science from The Canine Culinary Institute, and he takes you on a very delicious journey this week!<br /><br />MEAT LOAF MUFFINS RECIPE:<br />Muffins: 1 pound lean ground beef, 1 cup fresh peas and carrots, 1/2 cup cooked brown rice, 2 eggs, Instructions: Preheat the oven to 375 degrees . In a large mixing bowl, using your hands, mix all of the ingredients thoroughly.Fill each muffin cup with the meat mixture and bake until well browned, about 40 minutes. Icing: Peel, cut and boil the potatoes until tender to the fork. Strain. Mix at a medium speed adding the Milk and Butter.
