Ahmedabad: The Election Commission of India (ECI) has introduced The National Electoral Roll Purification and Authentication Programme (NERPA) with a view to eliminate duplication and erroneous deletions in electoral rolls across the country. The ECI has taken a step to clean up the nation’s electoral rolls and wipe out irregularities.
