He has stubs that were removed so he could bounce around with his chest. Sharon Squires adopted him from Mutts 'N Stuff which is a foster based rescue that could always use extra fosters and donations. Bugsy gets around like any other dog and with the help of his cart. He has a great spirit and is an inspiration since nothing gets him down.
