Mumbai: Navi Mumbai politician Ganesh Naik's Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) won the Navi Mumbai civic polls by bagging 52 seats out of 111 seats. Shiv Sena came in a close second by winning 38 seats and its ally BJP won six seats.
