Learn the easy & quick vegetarian recipe from our chef Archana! <br /> <br /> <br />Ingredients: <br /> <br />250 gms Chana Dal, soaked in water for 2 hours <br />1 Raw Mango, grated <br />1 tsp Mustard Seeds <br />1/4th tsp Turmeric Powder <br />2 - 3 Green Chillies <br />Curry Leaves <br />Coriander Leaves <br />1 tsp Sugar <br />Salt to taste <br />2 tsp Oil <br /> <br />साहित्य: <br /> <br />२५० gms चणा डाळ, २ तास पाण्यात भिजवून ठेवणे <br />१ कैरी, किसून <br />१ tsp मोहरी <br />१/४ tsp हळद <br />२ ते ३ हिरव्या मिरच्या <br />काढीपत्ता <br />कोथिंबीर <br />१ tsp साखर <br />मीठ <br />२ tsp तेल <br />Method: <br /> <br />- In a mixer, add the soaked chana dal, green chillies and curry leaves. Grind everything to a coarse paste. Add little water if required. <br />- Transfer the chana dal paste into a bowl. <br />- Add grated raw mango, coriander leaves, salt & sugar to the chana dal paste. Mix everything well. <br />- For tempering, heat some oil. Once the oil is hot add mustard seeds, curry leaves & turmeric powder. <br />- Add the tempering to the chana dal mixture and mix everything well. <br />- Ambe Dal is ready to serve!
