Grandpa: 'Maniac nearly kidnapped my granddaughter

Maurice McDaniel tells ABC15 a stranger came up behind his granddaughter and pulled a T-shirt around her neck and tried to run off with her as they walked home from the store. A passerby stepped in and wrestled the girl free.
