Chhota Udepur: The case has been filed against 13 including a Sarpanch of Devalia village for handing out a humiliating punishment to a couple in love. Alpesh Rathwa and his girlfriend faced severe public humiliation after they were paraded in the entire village, gifted cow dung and even beaten up. The duo, whose parents are farm labourers, had fled several days ago to get married.
