Dramatic footage shows avalanche hitting Everest base camp

A wall of snow engulfs the Mount Everest base camp as an avalanche strikes in the wake of Nepal's worst earthquake in eight decades.<br />At least 17 people are known to have died at the camp, and rescue operations there continue.
