Surat: In an attempt to tarnish the image of BJP MLA Mukesh Patel, the former Congress President of Olpad taluka and Sarpanch Jaswant Patel allegedly circulated a fake pamphlet on the name of MLA; asking for Rs.5 crores to start a company named Hindustan Chemicals. The Sarpanch printed pamphlet on BJP MLA's letter-head and circulated it after forging the signature.
