Colonel MN Rai gave up his life fighting terrorists in Jammu & Kashmir, <br />just a day after being awarded the Yudh Seva medal on Republic Day. <br /> <br />Today on his funeral, his 11 year old daughter Alka Rai made her father <br />and the entire nation tear up in grief and pride, as she bid her father a <br />final farewell, not with a goodbye, but with the war cry of the Gurkha regiment her father was commanding on his final mission. <br /> <br />The Indian Entertainer community salutes the braveheart father and daughter <br />and hopes that no cynic will even dare to throw his hands in the air and complain, <br />"Iss Desh Ka Kuchh Nahi Ho Sakta", ever again.
