Mango Barfi is a popular Indian sweet dish that is made from Mango pulp and khava (condensed milk). <br /> <br />Ingredients: <br /> <br />250 ml Milk <br />1/3rd Cup Sugar <br />1/2 kg Khava (Condensed Milk) <br />1 Cup Mango Pulp <br />Yellow Food Colour <br />Edible Silver Foil for decoration <br /> <br />Method: <br />- In a pan, add milk and sugar. Mix everything well for 5 mins. <br />- Then add khava (condensed milk) and mix well. <br />- Once the mixture thickens, add the mango pulp and yellow colour. Mix everything well. <br />- Take the mixture off the flame and keep it in an aluminium tray for 3 hours. <br />- Decorate the tray with silver foil. <br />- Cut the Mango Barfi into medium size pieces and serve!
