UN inquiry says Israel killed 44 Palestinians at UN facilities in Gaza war

A UN inquiry has found that Israel killed at least 44 Palestinians at UN facilities during the Gaza war last year. The inquiry also found that Palestinian groups hid weapons at three empty UN schools in Gaza.
