Ahmedabad: The algae-covered water of the river Sabarmati is vanishing the beauty. The river is becoming a dumping ground for religious paraphernalia. The Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation (AMC) engaged a special machine to skim waste from the water surface but nothing worked and wasted crores of rupees.
