Mother's Day tribute was originally entitled "for Erma" as a tribute to my beloved grandmother. It was expanded to include my mother, my beloved aunt, and maternal grandmother. While it lends it self to cultural specificity from the black American perspectives, it is relevant to all mothers in that it shows the depth of love all good mothers show to their children.
