Just watch this video of Glaswegian Cathy Hutcheon discovering her daughter is pregnant after 11 years of IVF and try not to smile. <br /> <br />Cathy’s daughter Nicola has been desperately trying to be a mum with her husband Mark for more than a decade. She’s been through countless failed fertility and IVF treatments. <br /> <br />But, they’ve finally had the news they’ve been waiting so long for. And now, as captured in this brilliant video, so has granny. <br /> <br />The 56-year-old is seen screaming when she hears the news (tip: turn the volume down a bit) and getting up to hug her daughter. <br /> <br />She told the Daily Record yesterday that her voice had only just returned after she ran out into her street in Cambuslang to announce the news to her neighbours. <br /> <br />She said: ‘I’m on cloud nine. After the video I ran out and shouted ‘I’m Cathy Hutcheon and I’m going to be a gran’. <br /> <br />She explains that she completely wasn’t expecting it as Nicola had stopped IVF treatment. She says: ‘As far as we were concerned Nicola couldn’t have weans. Just the week before I was saying I thought I would never be a grandmother.’ <br /> <br />Cathy has two other daughters, Natasha, 29, and Sylvia, 25. Both girls are sadly unable to have children. <br /> <br />She says of the news of her first grandchild: ‘I just feel like screaming it to the world. I’m so excited.’
