The officials of Mehsana Municipality give garbage bins to people at the high prices and take full advantage of PM Narendra Modi's 'Swachh Bharat Abhiyan'. With the help of state government and ONGC, the municipality is given bins to distribute among people for free but the officials charge money for each bin and that too more than the market price.
