Ankara has slammed the bombing of a Turkish cargo ship off the coast of Libya as a “contemptible” attack.<br /><br /> One crew member was killed and another injured when forces loyal to the internationally recognised government say they shelled the ship after it was warned not to approach the coastline. <br /><br /> It says it is attempting to stop supplies getting through to Islamist militants.<br /><br /> Turkey says the vessel was in international waters and was leaving the area when it was attacked.
