Patricia Yurena Rodriguez, a two-time Miss Spain winner and a runner-up in last year’s Miss Universe competition, came out to the world on Instagram last week. <br /><br />Yurena posted an intimate photo with her girlfriend up on Instagram, making her the first national pageant queen to openly admit that she’s gay. <br /><br />Titled “Romeo and Juliet,” Yurena is seen in bed gazing into her girlfriend’s eyes. Her girlfriend is Vanesa Cortes, a singer and DJ on the Spanish House scene. <br /><br />“I published the picture completely spontaneously and in an impulsive manner.
