Japanese police arrested a 54-year-old man on the JR Toukaidou Line for harassing a woman on the train. <br /><br />The man has a part-time job in Yokohama city. He bought female dresses, high heel shoes and a shoulder-length wig to disguise himself as a woman. He got on a train in Kanagawa Prefecture on August 11, then touched an office lady’s butt when the train passed Ninomiya Station. The woman reported the attack to train staff when the train arrived at Oiso Station.
