Riquan James is suing Mike and Maurkice Pouncey for allegedly beating the crap out of him early Saturday morning at South Beach's Cameo nightclub. <br /><br />James, 24, Niya Pickett, 32 and Brentley Williams, 24, have hired attorney Marwan Porter, who called a press conference Tuesday to announce the suit against the NFL players. <br /><br />Miami Beach Police responded to an incident at the club, where Mike (who plays for the Miami Dolphins) and Maurkice (who plays for the Pittsburgh Steelers) were celebrating their birthday.<br /><br />The Pouncey brothers' attorney has said the allegations were false. Attorney Jeff Ostrow called the accusations "lies." <br /><br />According to Riquan James, the Pouncey brothers were pushing a group of people as he walked in. Then, he got shoved too. James asked them to stop. Maurkice got upset and responded with homophobic taunts and then fists, James claims.<br /><br />"Then someone turned me around, and one of the Pouncey brothers hit me in the face," James said. A group of guys then began to hit him as he fell to the ground and crawled up into a fetal position, until he got thrown out of the club, he said. <br /><br />A man who goes by the name of Ricky Vasquez, most likely Riquan James, took to Twitter and Instagram over the weekend to accuse the Pouncey brothers of jumping him.<br />-------------------------------------------------------------<br /><br />Everything that ESPN isn't.
