Concerned for the safety of community residents, he went outside and yelled to the driver "slow down!"<br /><br />The driver then stopped the car and stepped out of the vehicle heading straight for Garvey while a neighbor started recording the incident on a cell phone.<br /><br />The video shows the attacker knock out Garvey with one sucker-punch to the face before pummelling his unconscious victim several more times on the ground. Loud firearm-like sounds were recorded just after the attack but they have yet to be confirmed as gunshots.<br /><br />The assailant fled the scene before police arrived. Garvey was taken to a hospital and treated for several injuries including multiple fractures to his nose. <br /><br />Police are looking for Timothy Sullivan as a possible suspect in the attack.
